Bradford's downtown runs along Holland Street, with the old town hall and a main street of shops close to the Highway 400 and GO train connections that brought so many new residents here.

Worth knowing: daytime privacy works on a light difference. After dark with your lights on, the effect reverses. A premium privacy grade with a darker, more reflective exterior is also available.

How a Bradford Project Runs

  3. Written Fixed Quote

    One all-in price with materials, labour and HST. Nothing is added at completion. A 50% deposit books the date.

  4. Installation

    Our own two-person crew. Most Bradford homes take one day and a whole home two to three. Coverings fully cure within 30 days.

Interior work runs year round because we are working inside your heated space. Exterior applications need surface temperatures above roughly five degrees, so those are booked between April and October. January to March is the quietest stretch and the earliest dates.
